Betz Bernhard has lived in the Seattle area for 35 years. She's best known for her animal sculpture in concrete and ceramics. Recently she's been exploring printmaking and collage. The flora and fauna in her wooded garden are the focus of her new series. Her studio overlooks Bridle Trails State Park where she and her dog Buster enjoy long peaceful walks through the forest.
